DMCA the worst law of the last decade

The Digital Millenium Copyright Act (DMCA) is the worst piece of legislation that our congress has passed in decades. It was totally bought and paid for by the RIAA and other know-nothings. It is probably unconstitutional, as it trashes free speach and impedes interstate commerce, but that doesn't seem to stop much.
