Temporary home of cakewalk.audio FAQ
OK, this used to be kept on a cakewalk.com server. But Cakewalk®
decided that they didn't want to host a usenet group, so the FAQ
for the group has to go somewhere. So until someone offers a better
place, here is an unofficial copy of the cakewalk.audio
FAQ. We also have a HowTo document,
of more detailed instructions for a couple of common tasks.
How do I use PRC for my music?
The short answer is that you hire PRC to record you and your band.
PRC records primarily singers and instruments. We are not really setup
for synth or loop-based sessions. All styles of vocal and instruments
work, from Americana, to bluegrass, to folk, to rock and punk/grunge/metal.
