The four photos below show before and after images of my project to build the improved mics. There are three items in each photo.

1. On the left is a stock Shanghai mic.
2. In the middle is my mistaken circuit, where I put the components on the wrong side. Do Not build the circuit this way, but it may help show where the components belong.
3. The correct completed and installed circuit. Note that this is a version 1 board, which contains the error described in the errata document.
